Hey there! Today’s topic is one of my favorites. Talkative Girls! Every man in this world might be upset by this habit of a girl. That man can be a husband, a brother or a friend. Everyone get irritated by a girl when she starts talking with any other. This article matters as I also experienced this. I am going to tell you my personal experiences about talkative girls and 5 benefits of being silent. Let’s begin!
Let me tell you how I got disturbed by my mother as she was just talking on a phone. That was my first experience. Once a day, I was doing my homework. Suddenly, the phone rings. I picked up the call and it was my relative’s call. She asked me if I could give the phone to my mother. But she was busy in cooking. But I desperately gave the phone to Mom and the talking began. I listened the matter carefully while doing homework. They were talking about someone. Every single point I listened. They were speaking ill of that person behind the back. Not a single important thing! Just gossiping about how that person was and how she didn’t care about anyone just busy in her work. Whatever they were talking I didn’t know why they talked about someone else? They could have a talk about some knowledgeable things or about some important current affairs in the news. Everything was useless! I am not understanding that what they achieved by that useless talk! When the call ended, I checked the call history and found that the call lasted for 35 minutes. Unbelievable!
I have a friend who is also talkative. Once I and other friends were discussing on some topics and he was also there. We were discussing and in between that he started singing a song. We told him that he should shut up his mouth if he want to sit with us. He shut up. But after 15 minutes, he started telling me something useless but I listened it with patience. At last, when his matter got finished I requested him to keep his mouth closed. But without listening it, he began again. We all get irritated by him that day. I also love gossiping but that should be in a limit. He just keep continuing his talk. Inspite of being shut up, he continued his matter. For this, even we complained to our class teacher. He speaks as much as he can. Many teachers keep punishing him as he couldn’t stop talking. And because of him, we also got punished by teachers without any fault. He has so many things to talk about. You may have such a guy in your neighborhood or at school. Never ending!
Do you know why I prefer to being silent in most of the situation? Do you know the power of silence? Since I like writing articles, I used to read some blogs online. I read in one of them that silence is the key of happiness. Yes, I think that blog is Lifehack. We may have different opinions but according to that blog, it is so. You may believe that Happiness lies in contentment. Someone believe that Happiness lies within us. I consider all of them as my source of happiness. Why it is important to being silent? It has many advantages. Let me tell you one by one.
- Avoidance to wrong commitment:
Yes. It helps to avoid making wrong commitments. Many who are too talkative make commitments without considering all ins and outs of that commitment. I ain’t saying that we should not accept any challenges but we have to consider our strengths and weaknesses before accepting it. This helps to complete that challenge without any of anxiety and stress about the results.
- Helps in avoiding heated talks:
I do not need to explain this point. All you know that reserved person never wants to involve in fierce talks and quarrels. Sometimes being silent helps to end the quarrel.
- Increases Creativity:
Yes, you heard true. Another advantage of being silent is that it increases Creativity. You may heard ‘Leave me alone’. It means that you need sometime to think of the situation peacefully. There is also one thought,
Peaceful Mind welcomes New Ideas!
This is absolutely true. Even the study proved it that you can only think deeply when there is a silence. That silence should be outside as well as inside. There must be silence inside your mind. When we sleep and wake up, you feel fresh because you win over all your thoughts when you slept. In morning, you can learn better as you don’t have any conflicts inside your brain. Create your day as you wish just by being silent!
- Reduces Stress:
Yup. I read an article on Addicted2Success.com about depression and anxiety. I already wrote about it taking it as a reference. It reduces stress and anxiety. As your mind is calm, it increases Creativity.
- Know yourself:
Being silent helps in know about yourself. Meditation can only be done in silence. Get known about your eternal powers and invincible strengths. Strengthen yourself by being silent.
The coin has two sides. Similarly, being silent excessively can affect your personality. The disadvantage of the silence is that reserved people never try to oppose inappropriate things like someone is exploiting you, speak ill of your loved ones etc. because they know that you will never speak up against it and they continue it. Therefore, never hesitate to oppose wrong things.
At the end of the article, I want to tell you that girls are the main reason behind noise of the class. I noticed it. I actually observed it. Once girls of our standard called to gather in ground for some issues. They were in ground for 4 periods. There were only boys in the class. Before I continue, let me tell you that 9th Std. is the most wanted standard of the school. So, all girls were in ground. Okay! I noticed that in those 4 periods there was a pin drop silence in the class. Our class was silent without the leaders of the class. Everyone was busy in doing their work. That day I understood that Girls are the main reason behind the noise of class. Not only girls but class boys are also ‘Junglee‘. Do you know what girls talk with their colleagues? You can define it in a single word – Panchat means ‘useless talk‘. Nothing else! Let’s finish the article. Thank you so much!
