21 day challenge. What is it? We all like challenges. It sets our soul on fire to achieve what we want to. It shuts people mouths. It motivates us. It makes our mind efficient. But what is this 21 Day Challenge?
Habits. Change anything into a habit. Be habitual to anything in just 21 Days. I am not saying this. Science proved it. I have tried this challenge and got shocked. It works.
Anything you want to change into a habit needs work, focus, patience. You will be distracted. You will be disturbed. You will be frustrated. But… Listen.
You will be able to make it possible. Yes.
Habits are very important to be successful and happy. Not all habits but having good habits is helpful. You can adapt or leave any habit just within 21 Days.
The simple step to make it possible is throwing yourself at that work, no matter in what circumstances you are. Just throw yourself at that damn work.
If you are not able to study for longer hours, throw yourself at the desk and study, no matter you remember anything or not. Within the period of 21 days, you will be able to sit studying for longer hours along with learning.
If you are not able to write regularly, throw yourself at the damn stuff, no matter how you feel, just write. Within the period of 21 days, you will write with passion without forgetting a single day.
If you are not able to spare time for your family, throw yourself from the damn work and time pass, no matter how much important it is, just spare time for your family. Within the period of 21 days, you will spare time with your family and your work will also be finished.
If you are not able to wake up early, throw yourself away from your alarm, no matter how far you have to go on your knees (I haven’t done this because my Mom is there for me) .Within the period of 21 days, you will wake up early without the alarm.
Yes, it is to be noted here that I am not talking about success. To get successful, 21 days are not enough. It takes very long time. Many people have spent years to get success. It’s not about the destination, it’s about the process.
